Team Leader Programme
Team Leader Programme means that you lead either a functional (Communication, Finance, External Relations, Talent Management (HR), Outgoing Exchange, Incoming Exchange) or Project’s team (depends from the city). So you create a strategy of work, ensure realization, support your team members in their development etc.

Apart from that you can:
- participate in national and international conferences and seminars (more than 350 conferences all around the world each ear);
- receive practical experience (implementation and practice knowledge that you got in the university);
- increase your network (make friends with hundred students from Switzerland and abroad);
- develop joyfully!
